NEW COVID Mitigation Rules
- This is a volunteer-led ride. You are responsible for your own health and to reduce the likelihood that you may infect others.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver, certifying that in the past 14 days, have you experienced any COVID symptoms?
- You must wear a face mask, covering your nose and mouth, during all times you are off the bike, or on the bike but not in motion (such as at a stoplight). Of course, you may remove the mask to eat or drink, but take extra care to remain at least 6 feet from any other person.
- We also strongly recommend that you also wear a mask while riding, particularly in congested areas.
- Note that while riding, because you are in motion the six-foot social distancing rule is extended.
- Remain 15 to 20 feet (3-4 bike lengths) behind the rider in front of you, except when you move left to pass.
- If you are riding behind another rider for an extended period, extend the gap behind the rider in front of you to 20 to 30 feet.
- After each rest break, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or generously rub your hands with 60+% alcohol hand sanitizer.
- Do not share water bottles, food or any other equipment with other riders.
